Prayer Bears
Granny Franny's Prayer Bears is a ministry that Northridge Outreach Church developed in 2008 in hopes of comforting children of all ages through times of distress.
Granny Franny aka Frances Nielsen has always had the talent of drawing, painting and sewing. It was when it was combined with the ministry of giving Hope to those in need that it took on a life of it's own.
Our vision is to simply put a handmade bear into the hands of a child or an adult and to let them know that they have friends praying and believing with them.
Each Prayer Bear cost approximately $30.00 to build, package and then ship to it's final destination and thanks to the many friends at NOC we've been able to cover those cost however, if you would like to help sponsor a Prayer Bear your tax deductible donation of any amount is greatly appreciated!
If you would like to have NOC send someone special a Prayer Bear or give it to that special someone yourself just send your tax deductible donation in the amount of $30.00 to Northridge Outreach Church in the form of check, money order or if you prefer you can use your paypal account by clicking the Paypal link on this page.
Please be sure and add your shipping address that you would like your Prayer Bear sent to, who the Prayer Bear was sponsored by (your name), Prayer Bear preference-for a girl, boy, woman or man and we'll take care of the rest.
Each bear is handmade and has individual characteristics just like the friends that they are sent to!
